Kingsway provides health and wellness services that enrich and encourage healthy lifestyles for our residents. We seek to bridge the gap between health and housing that strengthen the "aging in place" model. Some of our health and wellness offerings include:

Skills Training and Continuing Education

Kingsway  Senior Housing believes in the concept of enrichment of life through education and training for all individuals regardless of age. We anticipate expanding our current programs and outreach, and in addition to our residents, it is Kingsway's intention to promote and offer those opportunities to individuals within the greater Norwalk community. Common spaces support enrichment programs, workshops, and classes and assist our residents with training and employment opportunities.

Social Services Assistance

Kingsway Resident Service Coordinators  are experts in linking our residents with community- based services and support programs: Our Social Services staff can assist with the following needs:

  • State-based entitlement program applications, renewals, and eligibility
  • Assistance with receiving home-based care and assistance programs
  • Linking residents with transportation and healthcare needs
  • Title V Partnership – Linking Seniors to the Workplace
  • Lifetime Learners – Adult Education at Norwalk Community College
  • Resume and Job Application Assistance
